Meet Johan, the owner of Concise Builders. With nearly 10 years of experience in the building industry, he has worked on a wide range of projects, including renovations, extensions, and new builds. As a site manager in the UK, Johan specialised in luxury homes and high-end projects, gaining valuable international experience that now informs his work in New Zealand.

Back home, Johan is passionate about working closely with clients to deliver exceptional results. He is known for his attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to making the building process as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Whether it’s a small upgrade or a complete transformation, Johan partners with clients every step of the way to bring their vision to life.

  • If you are looking for the best builder to do any home renovations or new building projects I would absolutely recommend using Johan. I have done a lot of building renovations over the years and I can absolutely say he is the best. He offers suggestions from his experience and his ideas were brilliant. He doesnt just do what you ask, if he can suggest a better way. Also his communication and checking in with you makes for a fantastic result. Johan built an out door living area for me from an idea I had and it has materialised better than I imagined. Even my roofing contractor commented on the quality of his workmanship.
